 Most deliveries are made direct from our warehouse on some occasions it may 
 be necessary for the manufacturer or a company designated by them to deliver. 
 For larger you will be contacted to agree a delivery date for your goods, 
 please ensure you provide a daytime contact number with your order. 
 We have developed this site with ease of use in mind: 
 Browsing 
 Select a product group from the main menu on the left, this will then display 
 any sub groups in a further menu and featured items from each sub group. You 
 can then select the sub group you require which will display all products 
 available. You can see more detail for a product by clicking on its image or 
 the, you can purchase a product directly by clicking the "Add 2 Basket" button. 
 Searching 
 A product search can be made from any product page by using the simple search 
 function on the right side, whether this be by manufacturer, product group, model 
 number, keyword or price range. A product reference code is also available for 
 each product to enable you to find a specific product if you are returning to 
 the site and have previously noted the quick find code. 
 Purchasing 
 When you have found the product you require click the "Add 2 Basket" button and 
 click "continue with order". You will then be presented with the current shopping 
 basket, enabling you to adjust the quantity or delete products from your basket. 
 You can continue shopping to add other products to your basket update your basket 
 if you've made changes or "continue with order". When you are ready to continue 
 with your order you will be asked to either sign in if you have purchased previously 
 or register on our secure server if you are a new customer. Please complete the 
 registration as accurately as possible and select your chosen payment method.
