Mean and Green
 Mean and Green is a niche business offering a range of hard-to-find military 
 clothing and equipment. We deal in genuine British, European and Worldwide 
 army gear and also offer a wide range of commercially-made replica clothing, 
 particularly in larger sizes which are hard to come by in genuine kit. 
 We have several brand names on offer including Lowa, Dr Martens, Arktis, Alpha 
 Industries, Web-tex and Snugpak. These brands are highly regarded by military 
 personnel and enthusiasts.
 
 Mean and Green.com is the internet arm of an established "bricks and mortar" shop. 
 We have been trading from our Wolverhampton city centre shop, called Commando 
 Army Wear, since 1991. This means you can be confident that we're not just some 
 internet-only operation that will be here today, gone tomorrow.
 
 We would be delighted if you came to visit us at our shop, although not all lines 
 are stocked in the shop so it's best to phone first to check availability. Also, 
 some of the prices shown on this site are web-only deals and those products may 
 only be available in the shop at a higher price.
 
 We are situated on Lichfield Street between Wolverhampton University and the art 
 gallery. The nearest car parks to the shop are Civic Centre, Fryer Street and 
 Broad Street, which are all signposted from the Wolverhampton ring road. Our 
 opening hours are shown below (outside these times by appointment only).
